Anthony Vigilante

Anthony Vigilante is the Founder & CEO of Vigilant Innovation Group, where he partners with organizations to strengthen cybersecurity posture, enhance risk management, build high-impact advisory boards, and implement trustworthy AI systems and infrastructure. His work focuses on helping companies address critical challenges in security, governance and AI risk, balancing innovation with trust and accountability.

Previously, Anthony spent more than 20 years as Chief Information Security Officer at MacKay Shields / New York Life Investment Management, a financial organization in Manhattan managing approximately $165 billion in assets, where he led enterprise security and drove strategic technology initiatives and operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from New York University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Fordham University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Financial Econometrics and Data Analysis from Fordham University.

A recognized thought leader, Anthony is a frequent speaker at technology and cybersecurity conferences, where he shares insights at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and technology leadership. He also serves on multiple boards and advisory councils across both for-profit and non-profit organizations. His extensive executive experience, combined with strong academic grounding, positions him as a trusted voice in the evolving landscape of information security and enterprise technology.
